Bug Cuisine

Will "Bug Cuisine" be the new sushi? Marc Dennis has been experimenting with cooking with all different types of bugs. Silkworms, wax worms, crickets, grasshoppers and more. Honestly i would not be one to leap for the chocolate"chirp" cookies. Even if you find eating bugs gross, you have been doing it your whole life. There is some kind of bug part in almost everything you eat.
I could not even imagine eating something that crawls around in my yard. But people say that when you don't think about it, it tastes like normal food. New thing to put on your bucket list?

  1. That's very true whether a fly accidentally fell into your soup or that they did that on purpose to get back at you because you were being a bad customer, or even if it was part of the ingredients of that cuisine. My answer to your question of having something new on your bucket list. I completely agree I always feel that once in a while I should try something new for a change instead of eating the same old pasta. So I agree with doing something different with your life.

  2. I can never imagine eating bugs. When you have one fly into your mouth, you spit it out, you don't swallow it. It really disgusting to think that we eat them all the time in our food.

    1. Yeah i agree, these are things that when we see them we kill them. And there is a reason for that, they crawl around in our yard, they can be toxic, they can potentially kill us and as humans we don't want to take that chance.
